CCHP is currently inviting Physician Assistant  (PA-C) to join our well-respected home health care team. In this desirable hospital employed position, you will work in a patient home setting to provide quality comprehensive clinical assessments, medical management treatments, and education to patients/families in collaboration with Primary Care Physicians.   You will enjoy work life balance with a per diem shift schedule mutually determined with opportunities for a Monday through Friday shift schedule.  We are interested in a provider who puts compassionate patient care at the forefront and demonstrates exceptional delivery of quality focused healthcare. POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Completion of Physician Assistant  (PA-C) accredited program with strong clinical background and communication skills

• Active Rhode Island PA unrestricted license and Federal DEA/Rhode Island controlled substance licensed or soon eligible

• 2+ years of clinical PA experience preferred
• Valid Unrestricted Driver’s license and Proof of automobile Insurance
